Michael...not medical advice...
...but to be safe have an MRI. I had the same kind of pain in my right delt and traps and it turned out to be a C4/C5 protrusion (from running with this 30 kilo 7 month old of mine). Any nerve pulling sensation? Stunning watch and strap combo!

I did see a doc 6 days after it began, but did not have an MRI. 2 days later and I'm fairly miserable tonight. Sleeping has been difficult, as any rolling around activates the pain.

... I got an MRI and at least that will inform you as to what position you can sleep in. I have been sleeping without a pillow and can only sleep flat or on my left side. Plus physio will help. Get well soon - not being able to get in the gym was initiall...

I agree with you.
I was always drawn the the Freak collection, and the blue dials in white gold cases are stunning. But the black case and movement - it is so "conceptual". That is the best way for me to describe it.
