I'd eat almost any kind of fish, even the humble sardine (out of a can) or grilled fresh like this (as I learned in Reims)



or loup in a salt crust (in Marseilles),



or fish flattened, spice-rubbed and cooked along side the coals (from a Navy Seal buddy who learnt in Yemen),



My favorite is fresh salmon cooked Lummi Indian style (my brother-in-law) although this guy's actually a sea trout, caught right off the Scottish coast



even when it takes a bit of ingenuity to cook him at a camp site and he's longer than the barbeque



How good is this!
