TimeOut

We put ourselves in the hands of the chef!

So essentially it was a tasting menu, at the discretion of the kitchen. They ask if you have any preferences or dietary requirements and our reply is always just 'great food'. smile

In fact there is a restaurant in Melbourne called Chin Chin which has a menu option of "Feed me". They just keep bringing food until you are full. Even the beer comes in a brown paper bag so you don't know what you are getting. A great way to eat, but you have to trust the chef.
