We put ourselves in the hands of the chef!
So essentially it was a tasting menu, at the discretion of the kitchen. They ask if you have any preferences or dietary requirements and our reply is always just 'great food'.
In fact there is a restaurant in Melbourne called Chin Chin which has a menu option of "Feed me". They just keep bringing food until you are full. Even the beer comes in a brown paper bag so you don't know what you are getting. A great way to eat, but you have to trust the chef.
