So essentially it was a tasting menu, at the discretion of the kitchen. They ask if you have any preferences or dietary requirements and our reply is always just 'great food'. :-) In fact there is a restaurant in Melbourne called Chin Chin which has a men...

There were little twists on Japanese classics that I really enjoyed. And it made for a wonderful sense of anticipation as each set of empty plates were cleared away. Andrew
