Though it was pretty much a dry trip, I managed to sneak in a glass of Poulle Fusse at a cozy French restaurant (shhh - don't tell anyone)! It’s my secret.

The bubble tea aka boba tea is made with those round spheres of tapioca . Very common in Asian (Taiwan, Vietnamnese,etc) beverages. Foie gras and chicken liver sounds delicious! Thanks for the link, I'll have to check it out. -MW
