Hi DRMW,
You might not want to order "Boba Milk Tea" in Taiwan by specifying "Boba"... haha, as you might get something else. It's more known as Cen Cu (Pearl) Milk Tea.

The bubble tea aka boba tea is made with those round spheres of tapioca . Very common in Asian (Taiwan, Vietnamnese,etc) beverages. Foie gras and chicken liver sounds delicious! Thanks for the link, I'll have to check it out. -MW
