Just curious about what sports you guys do to stay healthy? I play badminton, table tennis and futsal

In my case I started out with futbol (soccer), then merged into tennis (which I still play when I have the time and worthy adversary), but I settled in swimming, sport which I deeply love and have been practicing for the better part of the last 12 years. ...

I've never been a big fan of endurance sports personally. Best of luck!
