oh Art, you tax my memory...
....that was (I don't even want to count) 29(!) years ago. but alas i am in post-production and was not privy to any casting or production goings-on. my apologies. but you're right, Seymour Cassel doing a French accent doesn't seem a likely casting opportunity.

I love this movie as well as almost all the ones directed by Kurosawa. Other favorites: Apocalypse Now, and Tora!Tora!Tora! ( I guess that is why I'm in the military) What are your favorite movies? Cheers, Mike
