Hi Ping,
Looks like we are both INFJ's. This Jungian type makes up about 1% of the population, and is even less common amongst males.
Like others, I have done these psychometric tests before and have found the insight into different personalities and the way people interact to be very interesting. It certainly changed the way I viewed job interviews and selected new people for the team - choosing individuals that filled a niche in the group has been valuable over the last 10 years.
