…but also some other coral ones such as this ref 214 from 1950 (from the Danish period of MB) or this Parker Duofold from 1928 (US version). I must have some more pics hidden somewhere in my hard disk if you are interested I can look for them and post them. I’m sure I’ll find some other ones too like the Marcel Proust or Lorenzo de Medici…
It was a day for two fountain pens from the Montblanc Great Writers series — the Hemingway and the Faulkner.

My favorites are the Borghese and the Peter The Great. In the Writers Series I really like the Schiller, the Verne (which I do not have surprisingly), and the Proust (which I don't have neither)!

My current favourite is a 149 but with the flexible calligraphy nib. I can't do calligraphy but the flex nib gives a wonderful springy feel, which is great for long writing sessions. All the best, Jon
