Of course, the rest of all the fare was visually stunning (and most assuredly tasted the same). Never get tired of food shots when it's like this.

and what a great way to celebrate it! Joel Rubochon in HK gets consistently high recommendations so I'm glad you enjoyed it. Gotta admit that the French toast panettone and the waffle sounds absolutely delicious! Did you get a chance to go up Victoria Pea...

Oh believe me, I'm well aware of the amazing food in Australia! Although I've only been to the major hubs ie Sydney and Melbourrne. A dear friend actually works in Pier, so I had the pleasure of eating there and I must say that I utterly enjoyed tha meal ...
