Drove thru that very spot maybe thirty-five years ago . . .
. . . and saw a 'For Sale' sign on one of the pads at the upper right of the photo. Can't recall the price exactly, but it was in the low six-figure range.
Of course, my bank account was in the low three-figure range at the time.
