Seiko Solar Divers

They are reasonably priced and affordable to get more than one for us desk divers. The latest from Seikousa and available in HK, in three shades, Blue, Green and Grey. After checking out the watches, I decided on the Green and Blue. They look much better under the sun, especially with the Green dial and dial, and bit disappointed there are no lume on the bezel except the single dot. I guess they are designed for desk divers more than taking one to dive. Nonetheless they look good with casual wear on weekends and holiday by the sea.

Which one you prefer

Against my other two solar divers, the Padi version really stand out with two colors lume, in blue and green.

Much thinner than the regular 1000m Tuna.

Happy festive holidays to all... Ian

Second really highlights your point how dials change colour in the light. Cheers JML

My "vintage" solar diver says hi!

Can I use the words "Vintage" and "Solar" in the same sentence? It seems I have had this since 2004, so that makes it pretty old in "solar-powered-watch years". Your new camoflage divers look great! Cazalea ...

Mine says Hi.

I am impressed with build quality for the price. Case feels solid with an “anodized” look and feel. Bezel clicks smoothly but not too loose. Great as a beater and being Solar makes it even more effortless for those lazy Sundays. ...

I think so too.

My friend got the blue, which wasn’t bad, but to me the green embodied the street ‘camo’ look.

Under sunlight, you will noticed the green bezel changes shade, the blue doesn't

Its a personal choice, some customers bought all three. I have the Solar Padi too..

Hadn’t noticed that.

Also one of the most comfortable Seiko straps I have worn!
