I wonder if a cal. 4S36 can be swapped out in its place?

I've owned so many 7S26 powered Seiko's and still have a couple of SKX009s. Winding them by swinging them back and forth for several minutes is so inefficient compared to winding from the crown it drives me nuts so I avoid them all now.

Hi There are a couple of them Obvious choice this one - been stuck to my wrist since it arrived. I'd also have to include a Bellmatic - a Seiko with an alarm, whats not to like Cheers JML ...
