A Rose Gold Version of the Grand Seiko 8-Day Spring Drive: SBGD202
In addition to the platinum model released last year, GS is introducing a rose gold version with black dial, punctuated with thousands of tiny stars in gleaming rose gold. The complete press info is in Press Central. The watches will begin to trickle out of the Micro Arts Studio beginning in September 2017.

Powered by a manual-wind, 8-day Spring Drive movement, this appears to be a beauty.
Several forum members own the platinum watch. Is the Rose Gold version more appealing than platinum?
Does the watch have the technical brilliance, beauty and presence to reward those who buy it, given its significant price?
So far, people here have said yes.
