We have serial range for the Rolex gmt Concorde
Something between 1.7xx,xxx and 2.0xx,xxx so the full range is 300,000 production spread.
As for the years it is always hard to say but 1968 falls into the range. But as we know they can be sold at later dates to include 1969. On the early side 1967 is possible but we need some owners to share the bookend dates around 1968.
