Tudor Black Bay GMT. I finally could see it in the metal!

Mar 16, 2019,17:55 PM

It took me almost one year to see the Tudor Black Bay GMT in the real! It was mounted on the bracelet, which looks really nice in this combination.

I liked the watch a lot when I saw the first official pictures. I just wondered if it was not too big nor too thick.

Thick and big, it is, but not too much. Even if I would happily welcome a 39 mm version.

The bezel is very well made, the bevels on the lugs are pleasant. I am not used to see a GMT MASTER without a cyclop, but I am not too disturbed by that.

Yes, my feelings got a confirmation, today. I will get a Black Bay GMT. Now I will wait a bit too see if it will not come in a slightly smaller case.

Best,

Nicolas

I was thinking a live shot was here! Good to read your confirmation. I have not seen one live yet, I hope later this year some traveling will allow me to populate watch shops! Been too long for me.

Waiting for your

I have had my BB GMT about 6 months. My other watches are time only, this was my first GMT, and it is a gem. The size is fine; the only qualm some may have is with the case thickness, not the diameter. But the wrist presence if anything emphasizes its spo...

I had the opportunity to see the watch at the local launch. The watch looks neat. As the owner of two Tudor watches, I found that the deployment clasps are the best. My North Flag chronometer runs at +1.5 seconds/day reliably. As good as Rolex today. In g...

Not sure about that

www.watchprosite.com I can only say I do prefer the Tudor because of the size ( its a little bit bigger and I do prefer 40-42 mm), because of the bracelet t(not a huge jubilee fan), the bevelled cade, matte instead of glossy having no cyclops on ...
