With all these colourful options and increasing cases sizes have we seen the death of Rolex conservatism and the beginning of a gradual morph into Omega?
Furthermore with the New Kermit edition is it yet another sign after the WG to SS Pepsi and PM to SS SkyDweller move that nothing is sacred there remains a no holds bar approach by Rolex.

I am disappointed to see that the OP36 with blue dial and 3,6,9 indices has been dropped from the catalogue. Does that mean mine bought less than three years ago is now collectable and at a premium?! Mine is not for sale, but every man has his price event...

to me it seems the company is moving into the fashion watch business. But clearly bright colors seem to sell so that is why they are producing them. I am a white or black dial person. But they offer stuff for me also so all is good.
I would say out of those pieces your named, the YM2 is the only one I would consider truly original as the others pieces are just variations of existing watches...
I would also include the SkyD for it's bezel control system. The D Blue is simply a Deepsea with a blue gradient dial so me for that is not quite original but just a change of dial. The AK could be considered original but again Rolex just changed out the ...
Thanks Gros but seems the wait is longer than I had planned. I have been 1st to receive a GMT meteorite dial from my AD since it's introduction and they still have never received one 🤷♂️🤦
Makes no sense as I see them all over the place from grey dealers. I remain patient nonetheless 🤷♂️
