Rolex Milgauss 1019, a pleasure to taste in silver, or in black?
This is the eternal question which lead me to not take a decision, till now, on which Milgauss 1019 to get.
Both have their own charm and beauty.
The black is stronger, without any doubt:
While the silver is more subtle, discrete, and, somewhat, original, for a Professional Rolex:
They are so different that this is the kind of watch which would need to consider both variations...
One thing is sure, these Milgauss, under the radar or not, are dangerously tempting!

But I like the black just that little bit more just because it seems more legible and to me, that's paramount in a watch. Function above form. Richard

The 1019 Milgauss is a very rare watch down here. As a matter of fact I have seen only two specimens in the flesh here in several years. Both were equipped with the silvered dial. It is a most handsome watch, and I had declined it as it is well beyond my ...

Strangely, the patina on the silver, espeically the dots, makes me prefer the silver.
