ROLEX GMT 16750 with just 'SWISS' on the dial????

I would be most grateful if anyone out there could offer some assistance....

I have been looking at a GMT which the seller is saying is a 16750 with 3075 calibre, however, I have a concern.

Of all the 16750's I have seen pictures of online none have just the word 'SWISS' on the dial (at the 6 o'clock location), but I have seen 16700's with just the word 'SWISS' on the dial.

SO, My question is this....

Is it possible for a 16750 to have a dial with just the word 'SWISS' on it or is it more likely to be a 16700. Is it more than possible that both models posses the wording 'SWISS' and therefore this wording is not associated to being of accurate use in its defining or being associated soley with one particular model over the other?

Is there a difference in the value or rarity or poularity or collectableness of a 16750 as opposed to a 16700, if a 16700 is lesser value than a 16750 it would of course influence the price I should therefore consider paying for it.

I have attached a picture of the watch itself and would appreciate it if anyone could benfit me with their knowledge in this area.

By the way, suggestions to dissassemble the watch to look for reference and calibre are not an option otherwise I would have done this/requested they do this prior to posting this plea for help.
