It is easy to check if it is a 16 750. Remove the bracelet, and look
At what is written between the lugs, at 12 o clock.
The correct ref 16 750 should be engraved.
Now, as for the dial, two possibilities:
1/ Service dial ( but I never saw a service dial on a 16 750 ).
2/ 16 700 Dial, which, as you said, was smetimes bearing the mention " Swiss ".
Now, one thing is sure, this is not a 16 750 dial, which should be T Swiss < 25.

a strange dial. in mho is 99 luminova dial for 16700, BUT, we can see a little difference in the SWISS lettering and the space between the the minute markers above... this is a NOS 16700 chris ...
