Rolex Explorer I 6610: A nice and friendship watch.

Sep 15, 2010,07:52 AM

I can't resist to the pleasure of sharing 2 pictures of this beauty, with you all.

Two quick pics of a watch which is very difficult to photography, because of its domed plexy, and because of its sublime dial.

Not only the watch is incredibly beuatiful, but I could afford and get it thanks to one of us, who was of great help in the deal.

So yes, to me, this watch is very important.

Here are the 2 quick pictures:

1/ On its papers ( it also came with its original box ! ) :

2/ Lying on a marroon bed, to enhance its magic café / chocolate brown dial:

I'm very happy to have been able to get my 3rd Explorer, and my first Explorer I!

Thank you, you know who you are.

smile

Best,

Nicolas. This message has been edited by amanico on 2010-09-15 08:01:46

When did Rolex start using the word 'superlative'?!?! Nicholas, beautiful watch!

Difficult question, Rick...

Superlatvie has, as far as I know, always been associated with Chronometer. But when did it all started, I have to check that... Thanks for your nice words, my friend. Best, Nicolas.

Charming and intriguing, Nicolas
