As Marcello points out, although the 6239 is seen as the most common Daytona, in fact it is not especially common in relation to 6265 or 6263.
Two 6239s here, but very different versions of the watch. On the left, and with no red writing on the dial, the 6239 with the "white" dial. More often looks like a pearl colour to it. On the left, the three-coloured 6239 Black dial....with the Paul Newman variation to it. Once, i thought I had a clear preference for black dials....yet, as I have seen more whir/cream dials, the urge to play again in this field has risen. Both of the above have been in my collection now for about 5-6 years. So easy to love both variants
