But unfortunately for me the strap is lacking... personally would wish for a rubber strap with better fit around the case... like rubberb does... or oysterflex for that matter... but that is just my 5c and the upside of that is I will save some cents for now

Why go cheap on the bezel? At least the 60 minute bezel insert is ceramic, I do wonder how the PVD part will hold up..
Then again, expected from a company that still puts aluminum bezel inserts on a bronze watch; only to have them rot away and not seem to care. Had that happen to me, and many others as well......

Which part of the bezel you'd like to be ceramic?
The description says the disc is ceramic: "Unidirectional rotatable bezel in black-PVD-treated 316L steel with 60-minute graduated disc in black ceramic with sunray satin finish and engraved markings and numerals."
The "[u]nidirectional rotatable bezel in black-PVD-treated 316L steel," that sticks out to me.
And wouldn't mind paying an extra K to make it black ceramic.

No worry about smacking the bezel and chipping an edge. As for scratching that ring and having it look different, no way. I have owned plenty of PVD watches and never had a problem. Then again, I have never found my countless AP Royal Oaks and Offshores t...
Good point, guess I just have it in the back of my mind that the PVD will lose color first, or fade first, before the ceramic.
I guess if you are not careless with the bezel you are good, or maybe I keep giving myself excuses not to buy this lol, cause otherwise I really like it!

Numerous claims about IWC's ceramic cases cracking and AP's forged carbon cases fraying. Certainly anyone can destroy any of these materials if they tried hard enough.

I wish the lume at zero on the bezel was the same as the hands. No reason to go for the black lume.
I’m thrilled to see another brand offer a METAS certified movement. I hope Tudor expands that across the whole line. They’re already using silicon hairsprings.
