One watch, two faces.
I’ve never purchased a watch that is supplied with both a bracelet and leather strap,
until this Rolex modification by artisans de geneve became a part of my collection.
Most if not all of us have experienced how changing the color of strap on a watch
can have a big impact on the look and emotion it exudes.
So after wearing the watch on bracelet for the first six months of this year,
I decided to switch to the black leather strap that was also supplied.
And the result was very pleasing and dare I say more comfortable.
Although I must note I mostly wear watches on strap.
For comparison , the way it looked on bracelet
Maybe I’m biased towards a leather strap, and find it less blingy than a solid gold bracelet,
But I truly feel much more pleasure as it is now. I’ll probably enjoy wearing it more during
the next six months.
The buckle completes it perfectly!
Only time will tell whether my initial impressions are correct,
But sometimes less is actually more.
