After Nicolas's Double Red, it gave me the idea to look at the wonder of this dial. I find it truly hard to capture the "red" because it has so many variations, depending on light and angle. So, I ventured into the garden to see what I could do....









































For a hardcore vintage Rolex collector, owning this watch may seem a paradox. Well, life is all about variation of experience, right? To me, this dial is mesmerising. It takes on so many different personalities and also bridges the ability to be worn formally or with a pair of jeans. To me, it is a no-brainer addition to my collection.
