Abel- its funny you bring up this post because I had a similar experience. I too never paid much attention to this model until a friend of a friend had one at dinner in Munich. I asked him to see it and it really took me by surprise. I am not into modern watches but I would make an exception for this watch. The Yachtmaster like Nicolas states correctly has an immense charm. I happy you added this watch to your collection. I hope it brings you much joy, happiness and health!
