New addition since JLC lost my watch
So long story short I sent my JLC for service and they lost my watch. My AD is great and made things right. I walked through the cases and as soon as I saw this Datejust II I said this is the one. I think it’s the coolest blue dial out of any brand. The watch fits perfect and is a perfect cross between sport and dress piece! Look at this dial!!!!!

Someone might have stolen it. For all we know the Fed Ex driver opened the box took the watch and delivered an empty package to JLC. There just is no way of knowing for sure. It’s all speculation

Did you or your dealer send the watch to Richemont in Texas? This would explain the gross error.
There is no way the JLC Manufacture in Switzerland lost the watch. It had to be another malfeasance from the dreadful US Richemont facility.
Exactly as I expected. Richemont Texas is to blame. I'll never buy another Richemont brand again.
Too many other great brands to choose from who know how to properly service their products.

Either take the offer of picking any watch I wanted within reason of course or take the insured value as cash(much less than the pre owned market value). That was by far my favorite JLC but after that experience it put me off Richmond completely. I am not...
