Did you or your dealer send the watch to Richemont in Texas? This would explain the gross error.
There is no way the JLC Manufacture in Switzerland lost the watch. It had to be another malfeasance from the dreadful US Richemont facility.

They sent it and it shows delivered. JLC dropped the ball and could not explain where it possibly went from time delivered to where it was supposed to go. To be honest before I bought it I had a crazy wierd gut feeling that Richmond after service was a me...

Someone might have stolen it. For all we know the Fed Ex driver opened the box took the watch and delivered an empty package to JLC. There just is no way of knowing for sure. It’s all speculation
