My last watch

For meJuly was a reasonably good month: I got a new Submariner from Tokyo and a new Yacht Master from Athens.

For years I have loved my "Marine Inspired" sport watches like PP Nautilus, AP Royal Oak, VC Overseas, Breguet Marine, Blancpain Aqua Lung. But something was still missing and I decided to acquire Rolex Yacht Master.

Like every day during the last couple of weeks, Tuesday was a beautiful day. So I decided to "test" my new Yact Master in the real environment. The results are here and it is up to you to decide if Yacht Master fits to my modest collection of marine inspired watches. Personally I love it!

The dial of the Yact Master is pure poetry. In different light conditions it looks always different and very interesting.

What is also great is that this watch is priced in a very friendly way taking into account the overall quality. This watch is my new pet!

I quess I must expand this part of my collection with Omega's Aqua Terra and one Panerai. One day I will show all of my marine watches side-by-side. I hope that also JLC would come with something nice fitting to this part of my collection.
