Rolex

It's a 1530

Rolex made a number of integrated designs during the 70's but never made a reference 1520. They did make the following: -
5100 'Texan' in solid 18K gold with a Beta 21 quartz movement from 1970-72 - with an official limited production of 1,000 pieces
1530 Date in solid steel from c.1974-77
1630 DateJust in Rolesor (14K gold and steel) from c.1974-77
They also made a handful of integral Day-Date's with automatic movements in the mid 70's too. 8 of them (reference 8031) were in platinum with diamond bezels and number '5' sold at auction recently for thousands!
Plus 25,000 OysterQuartz models of course from 1977-2001 but they obviously did not house perpetual movements unlike the references noted above (except the Beta21 - the only quartz watch with a sweeping hand), all of which predated the OQ.
