Hiya
I have the 14060M and I agree that the clasp doesn’t feel as rock solid as the newer clasp. But having said that the older clasp is for my smaller wrist a bit more comfortable as it’s smaller. I have also leaped off the 5m board and jumped into the ocean numerous times without any issues, so (hoping I’m not tempting fate for tomorrows swim) I wouldn’t see the old clasp as a real life concern.

2 liner & bracelet
I’ll admit, I’ve always been a Sub fan. Lately the 2 liner models have really been catching my eye. One of the reasons I purchased my 114060 was the rock solid bracelet. I don’t prefer hollow end links, don’t particularly care for Rolex older style clasps...

Hopefully there is an upgraded aftermarket bracelet available for 2 liner. I don’t see any modern Rolex bracelets that would fit on 2 liner!

I am always sticking to Rolex bracelets. Options for me are nato and leather.
Unless you what a something like this which is specific to an era and theme. But only fits a specefic vintage era. ...

You could always do a nato. I couldn’t do the rattle on my 16610 or 14060. Some say it’s music. Nothing wrong with that either. I ended up upgrading my sub date to the sel they had available at the service center. They mentioned they didn’t offer that bra...
