The loss of our parents is something so hard to cope and hard to elaborate! I can completely understand your feelings.
You will treasure his Tudor and may be you could consider it as a postumous lesson from your beloved Dad showing you that regardless of how humble a timepiece (or any object) could be, it can reach an enormous value for us for the meaning it represents by different reasons.
I’m sure this timepiece will be a keeper for life and you will remember your Dad everytime you look at it reminding every nice moment shared with him and how a great Dad he was for you.
May the Lord help you and your Family to pass through these so sad and hard times.
