From some angles, I even like the Oyster Quartz design over the new Land Dweller design!
I still don't get it... Why the name "Land Dweller" was chosen?
Sea Dweller: it's self explanatory, it's a dive watch.
Sky Dweller: not as obvious - as who dwells in the sky? But once you realize it's an annual calendar, and Rolex has made an annual calendar that can be adjusted forwards and backwards, and the problems of annual calendars for travelers (as you cannot always move forwards nor backwards without de-synchronizing the watch), then Sky Dweller makes sense.
But Land Dweller... I'm still trying to understand that one!

The longer I look at the Oysterquartz with the case design from the 70s, the more I like it. Is it because it reminds me of my (long-gone) youth or is it simply a good, timeless design? Whatever: simply beautiful to look at. ...
