Ok perhaps a breaking uneducated guess. I did some mathematical calculations based upon Chrono24 numbers of availability and it turns out that the Rolex Submariner 14060M 4-liner with long F must have been less than 0.3% of Rolex’s / Rolaes / Rolex’ total output in 2007/'08. 
Rarer than hens’ teeth my friends, rarer than hens’ teeth... So in terms of collectibility this is a goldmine. How long will it take before collectors start realizing what a special watch this is (all in Rolex terms of course)?

That is rare indeed...so you filter by model 14060M and then select year 2007/2008? [nt]
Most all are not in US so it’s hard and worrisome to step into this without looking at the watch 😓

Upside is that the price is still very reasonable
It's weird, Chrono24 offers ship to US for $xxx but when contact the Italian dealers :) they said they don't ship to US...meh...
