Eric,
I'm actually happy with my RM004 so far. Yes, I had
problems and sent it in for service, but I so far
believe these will be minor problems.
In talking with both my AD and the US distributor
I feel reassured that the problems will be fixed
for good, and have heard I will have it back
end of November.
I'm looking forward to getting my RM004 back.
It's a great watch.
