Means captain, this is a 737 probably -800, for sure not an analog -200 or a glassy Max. Leaving CDG, turning to SW my guess.

I know Boeings have a yoke when Airbuses have a small joystick. What other clues do you see that suggest this is a 737?

I don't know much about planes, but the most recent generation of planes are so very nice indeed. Especially that 787 with the low cabin air pressure. I sat on a 15 hour +/- flight from Singapore to San Francisco, in coach, full flight, and the air qualit... 

Myself don’t know much about sailing and I have only been a few times on a sailing boat, but I found it very very relaxing and pleasant and I am sure much less stressful than flying.

But I really enjoyed your airplane cockpit photo! Keep them coming!
