Means captain, this is a 737 probably -800, for sure not an analog -200 or a glassy Max. Leaving CDG, turning to SW my guess.
Hmm.. What's the clue it's a 737? I don't see the yoke...
I know Boeings have a yoke when Airbuses have a small joystick. What other clues do you see that suggest this is a 737?

Myself don’t know much about sailing and I have only been a few times on a sailing boat, but I found it very very relaxing and pleasant and I am sure much less stressful than flying.
Well, I don't sail anymore, and when I do, I can't bring the camera (not water resistant) and the phone is kept in a Pelican case for emergencies. Point being it's not easy to get photos...
