I suggest considering Fuji...

For compact fixed-lens, compare D-lux 7 to Fuji X100V.
For compact interchangeable lens (so you can use dedicated macro lens when you want), look at Fuji X-E4.
On a budget, but looking for more? Compare CL to used Fuji GFX 50R (or 50S).
No budget, compare CL to Fuji GFX 100S.
If you have Leica lenses, you may be able to use them on Fuji X-mount with a very small adapter. Ditto for almost any other lenses, new or vintage.
If you really compare these models, for your needs, I think you may want to test a Fuji if possible. Compact Fujis have similar handling as Leicas, the tech specs are argubly better per Euro or in absolute terms, and Fuji makes some incredible lenses. Of course, photography is not just about specs, there is a lot of personal preference, so, if possible, you should try the cameras or lenses yourself. If you want recommendations for online research, feel free to ask.
