I have wanted to photograph this tree...

for a couple of years, but the timing never worked.
Earlier today I got a chance but only had my Android device

and no filters :-(

I am sure that I will find another chance...




B&W conversion done in-camera using "Eiffel" template

I have to take another look regarding the "cables"... this photo was done in HD mode before converting to b&w, I found that is almost always a good choice when shooting with the Android phone cam... Casey .

and one of the historic areas of the area... very near the famous tennis courts where the previous royal couple are alleged to have first met... and judging by the tree, an untouched area... Casey .

Really nicely captured the character of the tree. Trees are just amazing to photograph. I have favorites that I photograph all year round as the seasons change. It might seem boring to some but I find them endlessly interesting.
