I am new to PP world. I just saw a white gold golden ellipse and would like to purchase the same. Did a web search and saw prices which are thousands of $$ apart seemingly for the same exact watch (example, a HK seller with a price 10K less.
I want to buy new. My questions as follows:
What is a reasonable price for this watch?
Is there a problem buying from HK?
I live in the US so any foreign transaction will use Internet. Any pitfalls?
Is it possible to negotiate a lower price with any seller?
What are the questions to ask about the watch from the seller.
For those of you who own this watch, what has been your experience?
I know that it is a long list but this community seems generous and this is my first watch. It is still quite expensive and I'll have to cut my budget somewhere to afford it, hence the causation.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and effort.

The chap who inquired about the watch seems to like the Ellipse, most likely he has seen it in the flesh and tried it on. I did not read anything about swimming. Unless you live on a tropical island, which most people in the world dont, wearing a suit-com...
