To your question, I believe many of them have been addressed in one way or another, but specifically to online purchases, yes, like the others have said, buy the seller. There are many reasons why the prices vary so much, but quite often, when the price is too low to believe - there is something not right with the offer and any deal is risky. As with all online dealers, it's not easy to tell where they are and if they really have what they claim to have - you can even see some examples of this in the Collectors Marketplace...so it pays to be extra careful and only buy if you're certain everything is legit and there are good references to the seller.
