I don't have a small wrist, but it seems a bit too large and top-heavy to my liking...
...but I do like the inline calendar.

Almost all their watches in the current lineup are too large. For example the new salmon Calatrava I would buy immediately if it were 37 mm instead of 39, same with the 6196p. This one should be 38-39 mm.
I’m a fan of grey dials and straps, although I’m not sure I like this version over the discontinued blue dial version.
However, the grey 5270p is probably my favorite. I would have said the green Golden Ellipse, but only if offered in platinum.
I like the blue 5236 also.
It a grind has one and it’s difficult to tell time on it. I like the salmon also but this gray is brushed similar to the blue. The gray 5270p is my runner up but would be too much of a stretch 💲wise. 5236 should be at least 30-40% off on secondary soon en...
This one is definitely up there for this year…. But the desk clock really takes it for me

Compared to blue and salmon, this new color gives the watch a more modern and casual look.
The monochrome effect is nice, but I would need to see it in real life to know if I really like it. The movement is superb, but it should feature some inward angles, imo. My favorite release is the 5249R-001 (Fox & Crow): not one I will ever (be able to) ...

There are some real life videos on Instagram where you can see the dial play… It’s beautiful but unobtanium(for me)…
I agree. The price is very high.
But should be considerably less on secondary market.
I own the blue dial version and it’s a great size for my 18cm wrist.
I know Tim Mosso is also a fan of this watch with his famous 16cm wrist. If Patek made this watch smaller the text in the window would become illegible, at least for middle aged eyes! It’s a modern size that fits medium and large wrists very nicely.
