Would either of you have predicted this sort of unanimous, exceeds-expectations reaction when the 5650 was first unveiled? Personally, I distinctly recall my own luke-warm, rather muted response.
Adding it to my collection required some serious consideration. And yet, while the marriage is still quite fresh, the watch elicits an emotional reaction from me far more powerful than that of some other pieces which were meaningfully easier purchase decisions. I still can't definitively describe why...and I'm OK with that 😀

and after 3 weeks, you cannot blame the "new factor" anymore, so there is something very special in this watch that makes you fall for it, despite all the other choices you have. CC
