White
It grows in different lights with its silvery shades and is nothing short of stunning! The blue is of course awesome too but imho the white is more versatile and fits better sporty occasions (black hour marks, date window at the same color as the dial) without missing a bit in elegance. In terms of future value, it's impossible to predict but... Bear in mind that when 5711 is discontinued (sooner or later, it will be) much fewer white pieces will have been made, so it will gradually become harder to get hold of one. For me, however, future value is a 'no issue' as I will never sell mine given how beautiful and versatile it is, as well as what it represents to me (bought it in a very special and happy moment).

The white is also beautiful and I like it very much
but go for the one you really like, your first choice. A little extra wait is worth it.
