My advice is that you never know how value will behave and it is very diificult to say if it will be good or bad. We believe on this forum that people should like it and feel they will enjoy wearing the watch. It can sound "cheesy" but, in the end and from our own experience, it comes down to that.
It is understandable when buying an expensive watch to try to loose less money as possible but the investment part is never a sure thing to enjoy the purchase.
So, impossible to answer in a reliable way to your question really, but if you like it go for it. If it is a default choice because you like the blue much better but couldn't have one, then you'll maybe make a mistake.
The white dial is great and we have a few owners here, but it is your feeling in the end.

And bought a NOS white dial (2nd hand) to wait. And I love it ...
The white is also beautiful and I like it very much
but go for the one you really like, your first choice. A little extra wait is worth it.
