Take the RM010 over the patek.
It's rarer, more complicated, and an interesting point in horological history you exist in.
Well, if you did compare the RM010 to the PP nautilus chrono, i would have a totally different opinion.
That's my point of view.

Not the best picture (RM's always look better in the flesh) and the white gold is nicer than the TI IMO. The 5167, whilst not hideous, is certainly an ugly watch. Try both on and they're so different, one will speak to you more than the other
Between the 2, My pick is also RM
I prefer RM010 Ti or (I owned) RM005FM. To me the Nautilus or Aquant are ugly watches. My favorite simple PP is 5124G or 5196P
