I don't know how PP decide to give which piece to who. But I think if you keep applying, eventually you will get one. The other way is to buy it from auction.

It's impossible to know the odds of receiving one ahead of time (it depends on a number of factors, including which markets are favored each year -- keep in mind there's only a handful of watches vs. hundreds of very qualified "candidates")...but given yo...
