It's impossible to know the odds of receiving one ahead of time (it depends on a number of factors, including which markets are favored each year -- keep in mind there's only a handful of watches vs. hundreds of very qualified "candidates")...but given your record of allocations, you definitely stand a chance! ;-)

I don't know how PP decide to give which piece to who. But I think if you keep applying, eventually you will get one. The other way is to buy it from auction.
