I have always been very impressed by the fantastic work on enamel. I remember dreaming for a very very long time in front of the superb work of Suzanne Rohr at the Patek Museum in Geneva. This is incredibly impressive and Anita Porchet’s work is equally beautiful as it has been recognized at GPHG with her Prix Special du Jury 2017 together with... Suzanne Rohr her mentor.

I don't know how PP decide to give which piece to who. But I think if you keep applying, eventually you will get one. The other way is to buy it from auction.
Not unique, but (very) limited editions. With your record with Patek, my suggestion would definitely be to give it a try! ;-)
